Workers Compensation

Workers compensation is a form of insurance which provides compensation for medical expenses to the employees who are injured in the workplace accidents. It also covers part of the lost wages and benefits for permanent disability. The employers purchase this insurance for their employees and in return the employees relinquish their right to sue the employer.
