Liability Insurance

Liability insurance provides coverage in the event that a lawsuit is filed against you and you are held legally liable for malpractice, injury or negligence. It covers legal costs and compensation that the insured had to pay if found legally liable. Intentional damage and contractual liabilities are not usually covered by this policy.
