Adjuster

Adjuster or Claims adjuster is a person or organization responsible to investigate the witnesses and claimant, evaluation and quantification of an insured claim, checking hospital records, and consulting with police to determine or evaluate the extent of company's liability. Other than investigating the insurance claims, an adjuster is also responsible for recommending an effective settlement.
